On February 25, 2015, Unistroy began the construction of a new investment project. “Dom Izgrev” is named after its location in the eponymous residential complex “Izgrev” in Burgas and is a mixed-use multifunctional building. It is situated in plot III-217, block 36, in the “Izgrev” residential complex, Burgas. It is in close proximity to the “St. Anastasius” church, main transport arteries leading to the city center, the Sunny Beach resort, as well as the Trakia highway. They are naturally lit and ventilated, with the staircases and elevators on the upper floors connected via a common corridor. Thermal and waterproof insulation, exterior and interior plasters, railings, all window frames, and common areas will be constructed according to the latest EU energy efficiency directives.
