Unistroy JSC is a modern and thriving company operating in the fields of design, construction, and real estate sales across Bulgaria. Established in 2000 in Burgas, the company expanded its operations with the opening of its Sofia office in 2009. Over more than 20 years of activity, Unistroy has built a strong professional team of various specialists, its own concrete plant, and a base with a wide variety of machinery. This allows the company to exercise comprehensive control over every detail of each project.

Unistroy is growing sustainably and dynamically, continuously gaining new positions and loyal clients in the highly competitive construction market in Bulgaria. In addition to design and construction, the company also provides services for the reconstruction, rehabilitation, and modernization of existing buildings. Unistroy is also involved in investment construction, offering high-quality residential properties with excellent characteristics, built on its own land or in exchange for compensation.

Since 2008, Unistroy has been a member of the Bulgarian Construction Chamber, registered in the Central Professional Register of Builders for carrying out construction projects with the following scope: First group, from first to fifth category. In 2008, the company implemented an integrated quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 standards, with the first registration date in February 2008.

2009 was a key year for Unistroy. The company opened an office in Sofia, where it continued to expand its activities by constructing various buildings (industrial, residential, and administrative). The team also engaged in investment construction on its own land or in exchange for compensation, completing projects throughout the country. In its design activities, Unistroy introduced 3D visualizations as a standard, which has been highly appreciated by its clients. Structural projects meet the latest European requirements. With high-quality execution and a professional approach to clients, partners, and investors, Unistroy quickly became one of the leading construction companies in Bulgaria.
