Concrete unit Unibetoni

In 2008, Unistroy Holding AD completed one of its key infrastructure projects in the city of Burgas – the construction of a modern concrete production facility located in the city’s Northern Industrial Zone. Spanning an area of 5,000 sq.m., the newly built plant set a new benchmark for efficiency and technological advancement in the construction materials sector.

At the heart of the complex stands the high-tech ELBA Supermobil ESM 105 concrete batching plant, boasting an impressive production capacity of 100 m³/h. The core of the system – a single-shaft mixer with a dual-zone counterflow and a useful volume of 2.25 m³ – ensures fast, precise, and homogeneous mixing of components, guaranteeing consistently high-quality concrete output.

The production process is fully automated and operated remotely via a control panel, which not only enhances operational efficiency but also minimizes human intervention and potential errors. The installation has been designed and implemented in compliance with current European standards and environmental directives, with a strong focus on both high performance and environmental sustainability.

To ensure maximum mobility and operational readiness, the facility is equipped with 10 concrete mixer trucks and several modern concrete pumps, enabling flexible and timely service to construction sites across the Burgas region.

The “Unibetoni” project is a clear example of strategic vision, innovation, and sustainable development in the construction industry – a strong testament to the capabilities and professionalism of Unistroy Holding AD in delivering high-tech industrial facilities.
