Construction of Unistroy’s new project in Burgas began in August 2018. The building is located in the “Izgrev” residential complex, with a construction period of 18 months. The building will have nine floors, adhering to the height limit of 26 meters according to the Urban Development Law (ZUT).

There are 18 office spaces with a total area of 1,074.10 square meters. The building also contains 89 residential units. Of these, 77 are one-bedroom apartments, 10 are two-bedroom units (including two maisonettes), and 2 are three-bedroom apartments (one of which is a maisonette). The total built-up area of the residential units is 5,548.45 square meters.
