Unistroy Holding AD’s latest project, RUHouse, has been nominated for the prestigious Building of the Year 2019 award in the category of Innovations in Construction for Residential Buildings and Complexes over 10,000 sq.m. gross floor area. The architecture of the project is the work of the team from A.S.A. Ltd. — Prof. Dr. Arch. Kalin Tiholov, Chief Asst. Dr. Arch. Evgeni Rafailov, Arch. Nia Temiz, Arch. Stoyan Mirlev, and the structural engineer is Eng. Georgi Gurev.
The nomination is a high recognition of the building’s exceptional qualities, covering nearly 20,000 sq.m. and comprising 108 apartments in a closed-type community. The interior, exterior, housing layout, microclimate, and the peace and comfort provided for residents make RUHouse an outstanding option for a new-generation home.
