AWARD IN NATIONAL COMPETITION “BUILDING OF THE YEAR” – CATEGORY: INNOVATIVE BUILDING

Dinevi Residence is a luxury residential multifunctional building. It mainly houses luxury residences but also includes offices, a multifunctional hall, a swimming pool, a restaurant, and more. The total floor area of the building is 8,626.35 sq.m.
The residence consists of two underground levels, a ground floor, and seven above-ground floors. Roof gardens are also provided. The underground levels house parking spaces, secondary service areas, as well as a luxury pool and spa. Offices and over 20 apartments are located on the upper floors.

The building features cutting-edge technologies, such as a “double-skin” facade with serigraphy of ancient Bulgarian ornaments, an inner atrium with top lighting, a stone ventilated facade in a hyperboloid curved shape, and a high standard of thermal and sound insulation.
Renewable energy is used through a system of heat pumps that draw geothermal energy, as well as pre-tensioned reinforced concrete structures above the hall – Freyssinet system.
The building has an energy efficiency class “B” and meets the requirements for energy efficiency according to Ordinance No. 7.
