Its exterior structure includes a ventilated facade, and the exterior glazing system uses high-quality aluminum joinery Schüco AWS 70.HI. The interior spaces of “Estera” are strategically distributed, with 2 underground and 15 above-ground floors, including open-plan offices, studios, and a variety of residential units with different sizes and architectural solutions.
