Unistroy is the main contractor for a new project in Burgas. The “Izgrev View” building is located in the namesake district of the coastal city. Construction began at the end of November, with a project completion deadline of 18 months. The plot has an area of 1,532 square meters and is situated between two streets – “Aqua Kalide” and “Transportna.”
The building is a mixed-use complex, combining commercial, office, and residential spaces. Its design is stylish and appealing, skillfully blending modern and traditional elements. “Izgrev View” integrates three volumes – two single-story sections for the commercial premises, and a ten-story section (26 meters tall) designed for offices and residential spaces. The total built-up area of the building is 7,649.88 sq.m., with 53% allocated for residential spaces. The project includes two elevators, and a total of 69 parking spaces.
