In October 2023, the construction company Unistroy completed the construction of a large-scale logistics base for CONDEX in the city of Burgas. This strategic project aims to increase the capacity and efficiency of storage and delivery of CONDEX’s products while meeting high standards of speed and quality.
The new base, located in the North Industrial Zone of Burgas, spans an area of 4,500 m² and is distinguished by its functionality and aesthetics. The building is divided into two main parts: a two-story reception and administrative area and a one-story warehouse area. The reception and administrative section, with a height of 8.70 meters, is constructed with a monolithic reinforced concrete structure, combining durability and elegance.
The building offers convenient access for heavy-duty and light-duty vehicles, ensuring seamless logistics. Two entrances – one for heavy-duty and one for light vehicles – provide smooth access to all parts of the facility. A fire safety area is also built in the southeastern part of the plot, enhancing the overall security of the base.
The warehouse section of the building is divided into two rooms, serviced by several sectional doors for cargo and light-duty vehicles. The reception and administrative part impresses with its bright and spacious offices, convenient restrooms, and a cozy training room on the second floor. The operational area on the ground floor is equipped with everything necessary for effective and productive work.
As the main contractor for the project, Unistroy has demonstrated its ability to execute significant and strategically important projects that improve companies’ infrastructure and contribute to the economic development of the region.
