It is a great honor for the team of Unistroy Holding AD that two of the company’s projects have been nominated in the prestigious “Building of the Year” competition. In addition to RUHouse, Dinevi Residence has also been recognized in the category of Innovations in Construction. It has been classified in its section – Residential Buildings and Complexes up to 10,000 sq.m.
Behind the magnificent “building with the elbetitsa” are investor Venid Ltd., structural engineer Beta Consult Ltd., and the team of “Stefan Dobrev – Architecture and Design” Ltd. with chief designer architect Stefan Dobrev and designer architect Radi Avramov.
The iconic design of the luxury residential building conceals a total built-up area of 8,626.35 sq.m., featuring high-class homes, offices, a multifunctional hall, swimming pool, restaurant, and other amenities. Cutting-edge technologies, natural materials, Bulgarian stone, and renewable energy sources were used in its construction. More than 40% of the area consists of green spaces, making the residence a true jewel that combines Bulgarian traditions and rich nature with innovative and eco-friendly architectural solutions.
The beautified surrounding urban areas further enhance the value of the project, the second from Unistroy Holding’s 2019 portfolio to be nominated for “Building of the Year.”
