“Unistroy Holding” is the company entrusted with the construction of RUHouse, a modern project in the capital. The floors of the common areas will be polished granite, the walls will be plastered, and the lighting will be motion-activated. The building’s security will be a combination of live security personnel and video surveillance, with controlled access and video intercoms.
The green areas will be extensive and lush, and a children’s playground will also be built. The façade is exceptionally beautiful, harmonizing with the modern style and the building’s proximity to the mountain. It will feature wood grain panels by Etalbond and Fundermax, as well as ceramic and fiber cement panels. The colors will include natural wood in warm tones, dark and light gray, with orange accents. The water meters will be remotely monitored, and the entire plumbing system will be made of polypropylene pipes. Thermal insulation will be top-notch, consisting of mineral wool and XPS over brick walls. The roofs will be flat, some of which will be partially green. All terraces will be covered and clad with Fundermax panels with integrated lighting. The project includes park, façade, and street lighting.
