       Unistroy Holding is the company, which is entrusted with the construction of RUHouse - modern project in the Bulgarian capital Sofia. The location of the building is more than excellent - at the foot of Vitosha mountain, but also on a convenient, communicative location in Manastirski livadi (Bulg. for "Monastery Meadows") quarter. The construction starts April 2017 and will last 18 months.

         RUHouse meets the demands of the real estate market and offers comfortable living in a quiet place, but also among the comforts of the city. The lobbies on each floor are spacious. The floors in the common areas are covered with polished granite, the walls - in plaster and the lighting is with photocells. The security of the building is combined - live and video, plus access control and videophones.

        Green areas will be extensive and rich. A playground for the children will be built. The facade is very beautiful and consistent with the modern style, but also the proximity to the mountains. It includes panels with wooden fladder Etalbond and Fundermax, panels of ceramics, fiber cement. The colors are natural wood in warm shades, dark and light gray, orange accents. The water meters are with remote reading and the entire water supply installation is made from polypropylene pipes. Heat insulation will be excellent - from mineral wool and XPS on brick walls. The roofs are flat as some of them are partially landscaped. All the terraces are covered and lined with Fundermax panels and feature build in lights. Park, facade, street lighting is planned.

     A Company using established traditions and high standards "UNISTROY" is the main contractor of the new modern facility in the capital. The original building will be erected in "Lozenets" residential district .Its construction starts on 1 July this year and the deadline for finalization is September 2018.

       The building has a very attractive appearance. There, however, except the latest innovations in construction, a very distinctive model central to Bulgarian embroidery - the Cross symbol elbetitsa will be applied. It adorns Bulgarian embroidery for ages. Besides the glass facade of the building, this native mystery will present also on the fence of the property.

      The elbetitsa however, is not the only unusual solution chosen for this unique building. The entire interior from the ground level is unified around one centre - live tree. Around it there is a spiral staircase rounded covering all ten levels of the building - two underground, ground floor and seven floors. Glass cover of the roof of the building will provide enough natural light. 

      Besides attractive the building is also smart. Special air pockets, trapped between the arcuate walls and beautiful suspended glass partition are planned. Air circulation will contribute to natural air conditioning during the season. This is one of the principles underlying the concept of passive construction. 
     The total area of the residence will be, 8370 m2 2827 of them are two underground levels where in accord with the latest trends a versatile parking for 26 (level – 6.25) and another 12 (at -3.35) cars will be built, too. Hence by two elevators and a central spiral staircase all floors are accessible. A hairdresser's, gym, swimming pool and cinema are also part of the hidden facilities reserved for future owners and guests. 
       The main entrance of the building with original architecture, introducing its visitor in the lobby area of over 220 square meters Its height will be 6.18 meters. At this level except offices there will also be a conference hall with 75 seats. The next floor is also reserved for operating rooms and multipurpose hall. Six residential floors are following. Total apartments are 26 - studios and apartments with one, two or three bedrooms.

On November 13, 2015 the new BMW Showroom in Burgas opened its doors with Bova Car LTD as investor and Unistroy Holding SC. as main contractor. The new trade-service center is situated on 5 000 square meters and it is the biggest one on the Balkan Peninsular. It was built entirely under the new corporate standards of BMW Germany for the short term of one year. The materials and technologies implemented in the construction of the site meet the highest European standards, which are a leading factor for Unistroy. The manager of Bova Car Varteres Chuluyan announced that the automobile center shall take part in the national competition “Building of the Year”.

Beginning of April 2015, ‘Unistroy Holding’ AD commenced the construction works under Project ‘Zornitsa’. On 25th February 2015 UNISTROY commenced the construction of its consecutive investment project. “Izgrev Home” is a mixed multifunctional building consisting of apartments, public administration offices and underground parking. It is constructed on Zoned Land III-217, quarter 36 as per the planning scheme of “Izgrev” residential area, Burgas city. In immediate proximity of the project there are situated the St. Anastasius Church, main transport arteries heading toward the city center, Sunny beach and the highway to Sofia. The Sea Garden is located at just 5 minutes walking distance. The building has a commercial function on the ground floor, administrative and residential function on the over-ground levels, and also parking on the terrain and on the two underground floors. “Izgrev Home” consists of a total number of twelve floors: two underground, one ground floor and nine over-ground floors. At the level of the ground floor is situated the main entrance toward the apartments and to the administrative part of the building, foyer providing access to the shop, the main foyer with elevators, staircase for vertical communication. A common premise is planned on the foyer (intended for strollers, bicycles, etc.) with security guard, toilet and ausgus for maintaining the cleanliness of the building. The vertical communication between the elevators is performed by two passenger elevators for eight persons, suitable for wheel chairs. The elevators are electrical without an engine room and are passage-type elevators. An insulated antechamber towards the elevators is planned on the basement floors. The staircases (two in number) also connect all floors along the vertical and provide a direct evacuation exit outwards. They are naturally illuminated and ventilated for the over-ground levels. On the over-ground floor all stairs and elevators are connected through a common corridor. All thermo and hydro insulations, exterior and interior plasters, railings, all window frames and common parts will be executed in compliance with the provisions of the latest EU energy efficiency directives.

At the beginning of 2015 UNISTROY will begin the construction of another investment project, namely “Mixed multifunctional building with apartments, public services and underground parking on Zoned Land III-217, quarter 36 as per the town-planning scheme of Izgrev residential district, Burgas city (next to the Saint Anastasius Church).The building shall have business function on the ground floor, administrative and residential function on the floors above the ground, and also a parking on the ground level and on the two underground floors. The building is planned to be completely finished at the end of the summer of 2016.

On 3rd November UNISTROY began the construction of a new showroom of BMW on Zoned Land II-534, quarter 11, North Industrial Zone, Burgas city. The building is a three-storey and consists of a warehouse base and repair shop, car-wash, showroom and administrative part. The expected date of completion of that project is third October 2015.

On 6th May at 11:30am in the Sea Garden of Burgas the “St. George the Victorious” Chapel was opened with an official ceremony. It was consecrated by the Bishop of Sliven Yoanikiy in the presence of the Governor and Chairperson of the Initiative Committee for the chapel construction Konstantin Grebenarov. The construction of the chapel is a noble initiative implemented with the desire, resources and labour of the citizens of Burgas. This is the first chapel in the city constructed in memory of the victims of the Balkan War (1912-1913). Together with the official guests the event was attended by members of the initiative committee for the chapel construction, the Mayor of Burgas Municipality Dimitar Nikolov, donators and of course by representatives of the construction company UNISTROY HOLDING, which constructed the chapel in less than 2 months.

On 15th March 2013 on the territory of the Sea Garden of Burgas the first sod was turned of the “ST.GEORGE THE VICTORIOUS” CHAPEL in memory of the heroes of the Balkan War (1912-1913). For the construction there was determined a terrain in close proximity to the Graphite base of the Artists Association in the city. The Bishop of Sliven Yoanikiy consecrated the stone that will be laid in the foundation of the chapel, and the Bishop together with the priests of the "Virgin Mary" temple consecrated the stone and incensed with frankincense the place where the temple will be constructed. Then the first sod was turned. The stone and a message in a bottle for the future generations will be placed in the chapel foundations. The chapel will be constructed by UNISTROY HOLDING AD, which representatives also attended the event. The ceremony was attended also by the Governor Konstantin Grebenarov – Chairperson of the Initiative Committee for the chapel construction, all committee members, all members of the initiative committee for celebrating 100 years of Balkan Wars, donators and citizens of the Burgas city.

In November 2008 UNISTROY put into operation its new LUNA auto crane GT 40/32. Such auto crane has a capacity of 40 tones and arm length of 32 meters. Recently the company purchased also a residual concrete recycling system BIBKO Com Tec 20 Mobile, a mobile concrete mixing plant ELBA ESM 105, 10 concrete mixer trucks INTERMIX, a concrete pump ELBA EM 32/36, a wheel loader Komatsu SK 714-5, by which the company equipped its new concrete production base in Burgas – UNIBETONI.

Super mobile concrete plant is opened in Burgas. The super mobile concrete plant of the type Elba is a 2008 model.  It is situated in the base called Unibetoni in the city of Burgas, North Industrial area, at the entrance of SOMAT, spreaded on area of 5 000 sq.m.

Characteristics 
Fast assembly and disassembly, convenient as for stationary and as well as for on-the-spot work. Capacity – maximum capacity of 110 m3 per hour. Availability – 10 newly purchased concrete mixer trucks exportability 95 m3 concrete. It corresponds to all European standards and Directives, as for production as well as for environment conservation. Equipped with highly effective aspiration dust collector systems. In process of installation is a mobile system of the trademark BIBKO – Germany for recycling the concrete residue from the production and delivery, which will make the reuse of all materials obtained possible.
