Reference Letter from Andezit Ltd.

ANDEZIT LTD, in its capacity as Contractor of the site “New international passenger terminal Airport of Burgas”, Burgas city issues this recommendation for excellent job performance to UNISTROY HOLDING AD and hereby certifies that the company has performed in high level of quality and within the deadlines fixed all of the assigned construction and assembly works, namely: 

- Shuttering works;
- Reinforcement works;
- Concrete works;
- Insulation works;
All of the assigned construction and assembly works were executed within the period from June 2012 to September 2012. The construction and assembly works performed were in full compliance with the Contractor’s requirements. With regard to the specificity of the site there were used only materials of high quality and modern technologies, which along with the qualitative execution and accompanying increased technical control contributed to the successful completion of the site. Reference Letter from MARS-90

We issue this reference letter as estimation of the work executed by UNISTROY HOLDING on the site: Residential building in quarter 15, Zoned Land II, as per the town-planning scheme of Lazur residential district, Burgas city. The company was the main contractor of the above specified site for the period August 2011 to August 2012. The building was completed within the deadline agreed with very good organization of the construction process and only with certified high quality materials. The project was delivered in extremely good appearance, in compliance with the provisions of Regulation 4/2009 /amended, State Gazette copy 54 dd. 15 July 2011/ for design, execution and maintenance of the constructions in compliance with the requirements on accessible environment for population, including for disabled people. The building was commissioned and put into operation, and for that building all required measures for energy efficiency, heat conservation and energy saving were taken pursuant to regulation 7/2007 (last amendment State Gazette copy 2 of 2010). Based on the above stated, I recommend  UNISTROY HOLDING as a reliable partner in the execution of whatever types of construction works. All of the assigned construction and assembly works were executed within the period 27th October 2011 – 10th September 2012. During the construction process only certified construction materials and modern technologies were used. Thanks to the professionalism of the management of UNISTROY HOLDING there was registered not even a single deviation from the interim deadlines or from the execution and acceptance requirements for the construction and assembly works.
